Hotel Livemax Hachioji Ekimae

During my New Year holiday, I stayed at a hotel that offered excellent facilities. The room was well-equipped with a microwave, TV, and hair dryer which made our stay very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also great as there are convenience stores nearby and the metro station is just a short walk away.

I found the location of the hotel a bit inconvenient as it was far from the north side of the station where Mt Takao is located. Additionally, the front desk staff was not very helpful. They refused to keep my luggage as requested and didn't assist me when I had trouble communicating with a taxi driver due to the language barrier.

We had a great stay in the hotel. The room was comfortable and tidy. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a microwave which proved to be useful. the staff was very helpful, and they let us store our luggage when we arrived early. this hotel's location was very satisfying and convenient as it was close to transportation, great to easily navigate the city.

Nothing, it is perfect!

Aspect: Absolutely nothing.

The room was clean and cozy. We were happy to have a microwave in the room, which we found quite useful. , there were convenience stores nearby, which made it easy to grab breakfast or snacks. The hotel was located close to a metro station, which was convenient for getting around.

The staff at the hotel were not helpful when we needed their assistance. We had requested that our luggage be stored for the day, but it was refused, which made our experience stressful and difficult.

This hotel is conveniently located near a metro line station and has easy access to local convenience stores. the rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped with helpful amenities like a microwave. the staff are friendly and willing to go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Despite being slightly further away from the busy area of the station, the location is still very satisfying with only a 10-minute walk to Keio station.

One aspect that could be improved is the management of guest luggage storage. There have been instances of confusion and miscommunication with the front desk regarding luggage storage, which caused inconvenience for some guests.
